José Pires serves as the Global Excellence & Innovation (E&I) Leader for Andeavor Corporation, where he oversees the global identification, prioritization and execution of mission critical business improvements and innovations that add value to the company, business partners and external clients in multiple markets.
Prior to his current role, Pires held Excellence and Innovation leadership positions in large, global companies in the electronics (Sony), semiconductor (Cymer-ASML), food (Nestlé) and infrastructure (Black & Veatch) industries. Throughout his career, Pires developed and refined E&I as an award winning program for innovation, leadership development, strategy execution and value creation globally.
Pires is an advisory board leader and keynote speaker for several global conferences on innovation, operational excellence, leadership development, strategy execution, business transformation, customer engagement and growth acceleration.
He holds a Bachelor in Engineering Physics from the University of Kansas and a Master in Business Administration focused in Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship from the University of San Diego.

Sergio is an influential Digital Transformation and Innovation Leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results by leveraging the synergies between business and technology. He has 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector across areas of payment systems, robotic process automation, process engineering, digital transformation and innovation to name a few. I specialize in identifying and establishing critical capabilities within organizations in order future proof their operations for the future.
For two decades, Hao has led digital transformation initiatives for IBM, Unilever, GE, Ford, GM & collaborated with IDEO & the Aspen Institute to drive social innovations.
Also, he’s successfully started two non-profits that partner with the education systems in the United States and China to nurture the next generation of innovators. Lastly, to strengthen his physical, mental & spiritual self, Hao recently completed a US Navy Seals training program.
Sean is the global lead for strategy and research for SAP's global product support organisation, with over 15 years of experience at SAP and as an independent consultant to organizations and government (including the European Commission).
Among the topics he leads, he is the chief architect of the support organisation’s strategy of minimising effort for employees and customers through the automation of insights and the digital augmentation of knowledge workers. Sub topics of expertise include the design of adaptive systems; gamification; measurement; research design; communications and PR impact, and social influence in online environments.
Furthermore, as global lead for organizational research, Sean partners with leading international universities to develop robust empirical measures for impact, and has introduced and is currently standardising the use of randomized control trials for all major projects and objectives. He is currently running several trials for the efficacy of nudge theory and choice architecture in terms of performance and engagement.
Steve Sarafinovski is a natural leader that began his career on the front lines of the transit industry, and has progressed his versatile background through his experiences in operations, technology project management, transit scheduling and resource management.
Currently, as a strategic leader in Resource Planning and Optimization of the Capital Projects Group division at Metrolinx, a crown agency of the Government of Ontario, Steve does what he does best which is exploring and finding opportunities by implementing efficiencies and automated processes within his projects portfolio.
Being a recipient of the Innovation Award at Metrolinx, as well as being awarded the “Top 40 Under 40” honours from the transit industry, achieving success in implementing new and more efficient processes, has been the cornerstone of his career. Steve is also the Founder of KJS Group, a consulting firm that offers expert management consulting and strategic planning advice for small to medium businesses.
Angela L. Perri oversees the Business Transformation Office leading business alignment and strategy initiatives, planning and prioritization for key business efforts, multidisciplinary approaches for development and growth. She is the executive responsible for Organizational Performance and Project Management Office, Innovation tools, apps, and strategies, Digital Development including telehealth and RxWell, Internal Proprietary Clinical Software including product development and management.
Angela has 25 years of experience in managed health care. Prior to joining UPMC Health Plan in 2018, she served in senior executive leadership roles for several Fortune 100 organizations including UnitedHealth Group (Optum), Centene Corporation, and Amerigroup (an Anthem Company). She has led product and program development, strategic planning, eHealth, business development and growth for Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Programs (CHIP), Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans including dually eligible individuals and commercial products designing and implementing population health management programs for these MCOs/MBHOs in numerous states.
She is recognized nationally as an expert on population health program designs such as models of care for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Foster Care (children), Managed Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and integrated behavioral health including the technology solutions supporting these strategies for value-based care efforts.
I am a software developer at heart who has been innovating process automation deployed in highly scalable and agile environments of industry leaders such as T-Mobile, Lufthansa, ING, and Atlassian. I contributed to various open-source workflow engines for more than 15 years and I'm the Co-Founder and Chief Technologist of Camunda – an open-source software company reinventing process automation.
I am the author of "Practical Process Automation" and co-author of "Real-Life BPMN". Additionally, I am a regular speaker at conferences around the world and a frequent contributor to several technology publications. I focus on new process automation paradigms that fit into modern architectures around distributed systems, microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and reactive systems.
With over two decades of experience in Enterprise Software, Reginald Twigg is an expert in automating document processing applications with artificial intelligence technologies. At ABBYY, he is instrumental in bringing Digital Intelligence and Intelligent Document Processing innovations to enterprise markets, with a particular expertise in the financial services and insurance sector.
Prior to joining ABBYY, he spent a decade in senior product marketing roles at IBM, where he introduced the first revenue-generating applications for Cognitive Computing approach to analytics and launched advanced Artificial Intelligence offerings for Enterprise Content Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and a Ph.D. in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Utah.
Richard Rabin is the Product Marketing Manager for Process Intelligence at ABBYY, a Digital Intelligence company. He works closely with global enterprises to help them better understand and optimize their business process workflows, bottlenecks, and how to select the initiatives that will yield the most business value with intelligent automation, and how they will impact overall operational excellence.
Richard has a remarkable academic background in Computer and Information Science and AI and has more than 35 years of software engineering expertise. He previously worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Appian, where he led sales of Appian’s digital transformation platform primarily in the pharma and financial services industries. Before that, he led his own consultant business, where he provided services for Kofax Insight in the areas of business intelligence, process intelligence, and behavior-based analytics.

Rob has over 25 years’ experience in the running and acquisition of front-office businesses lines and in the commercialisation of global core operations of Investment banks, broker dealers and investor service business lines, including Bank of America, Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC, Citi and Deutsche Bank.
He was instrumental in the creation of the first major European outsourcing investment banking global back office whilst at Accenture (Accenture Post Trade Services). He has written and spoken on many topics surrounding the post-trading landscape, business transformation and inclusion of FinTech. He also advises clients with respect to regulatory understanding and compliance.
Rob currently sits on the Board of the AFME Post Trade division, is the Strategic advisor to the CEO of ISITC Europe and is a Deutsche Borse (Eurex) FICC Board Advisory Committee member.
